Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation, otherwise a $50 fee will be applied to your account. If less than 24 hours notice, rescheduling your appointment within thirty days of the original scheduled appointment will waive the $50 fee. However, this option is only allowed once within a 12 month period.
Class Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy, we appreciate a notice of cancellation for any class you were scheduled to attend so we can record true dates of attendance. No cancellation fee. Thanks!
